Refund & Return Policy – AjrakScents
At AjrakScents, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Eligibility:
To qualify for a return or refund, the item must be in the same condition as delivered — unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at contact@ajrakscents.com or WhatsApp: 03106647198. If your return request is approved, we will provide the details and instructions on how to send the parcel back. Please note: Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us safely. Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:
Please check your parcel upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for products that are damaged by the customer, unless proper proof is provided that the item arrived damaged.
Sale items, discounted articles, and orders using discount codes are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges:
If you want to exchange an item, simply return the product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item. An exchange fee of PKR 250 will be charged.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. If approved, 25% will be deducted from the original amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your preferred payment method.
Please allow some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
